Hi every body i like to show all of u my dishes in june challenge i hope u like it and i want to thank Arlette ror this recipes
realy i like the fish stew but the desert recipe or dish my lovely friend Chahira will comment about it .........

Fish StewIngredients:1 tsp of turmeric2 tbsp of vegetable oil1 kg of fish fillet cubed2 jalapeno peppers seeds removed and finely chopped1 tbsp of freshly chopped fresh ginger4 cloves of garlic chopped2 med size chopped onions around 300gm300 gm chopped tomatoes1 1/2 tsp of mustard2 ½ cups of water (625ml)2 cubes of chicken bouillon (unless you have homemade chicken stockReplace the water with stock)2 tbsp of freshly chopped cilantroPreparation:Mix the turmeric with veggie oil, and marinate the fish in it for couple of minutes.Then lay the fish on a baking tray and bake in a preheated 400F oven for 18 minutes to turn golden brown.In a food processor, add the garlic, onion, jalapeno peppers tomatoes ginger and mustard, and whip until it turns to paste. Heat a non stick pan and cook the paste on medium heat, without oil, till it start to turn golden,(takes around 5 min) add the water and dissolved chicken bouillon or the chicken stock, whatever you have on hand, and cook for 7-8 minutes more to become a thick sauce, pour over the fish in the oven and continue cooking for 10 more minutes.Serve over basmati rice and sprinkle fresh cilantro on top
KhabeesaIngredients:4¼ cups plain flour or 600 g4½ cups water or 1125 ml½ teaspoon saffron filaments¾ cup sugar or 150 g¾ tablespoon ground cardamom3 tablespoons rose water3 tableespoons desiccated coconut½ cup butter unsalted or 100 gm1 can sweetened condensed milk - 397 gPreparation:Sift the flour and add it to a large saucepan placed over medium heat. Toss flour and stir continuously until golden brown. Remove from heat and sift again.Add water, saffron, sugar, cardamom, rose water, desiccated coconut and half the quantity of butter to a large saucepan. Bring ingredients to boil.Add the toasted flour gradually to the water while stirring continuously.Add remaining butter, and stir until well combined. Cover and cook on very low heat for 30 minutes. Remove from heat and cool.Add condensed milk and stir until well combined.Serve at room temperature with coffee. You can add toated nuts on top of the platter.i hope u like it
